Oil and gas valves face serious risks. They may need to handle high pressure at wellheads and pipelines, H2S/CO2 sour gas, LNG at very low temperatures, fire, low-emission rules, offshore salt spray, and emergency shutdown needs. Pressure cycles and solid particles can damage valve seats. Sour fluids may cause stress cracks, -196°C service can make materials brittle, shrink seals, and create unusual pressure inside the valve cavity, and a fire or actuator failure may stop the valve from isolating the flow in time. TSV matches each valve to the service. We choose the valve design, materials, seals, and actuator based on the media, design pressure, lowest temperature, site conditions, and shutdown needs, then check performance through material tracking, pressure tests, low-temperature tests, and fire-safe or low-leakage tests. This helps critical oil and gas systems run more safely, with less risk and fewer unplanned shutdowns.

Throttling service requires careful control of pressure drop, Cv, flashing, cavitation, noise, and damage from solid particles. TSV globe valves can use multistage pressure-reducing or erosion-resistant trim.
Transmission and gathering pipelines need low flow resistance, a piggable full bore, two-way sealing, and reliable emergency isolation. For these projects, TSV can supply full-bore trunnion-mounted ball valves with DBB, a fully welded body, an extended stem for buried service, and automatic shutoff.
Tank farms, loading racks, and marine terminals need large-bore isolation, frequent operation, fire safety, and emergency shutoff. TSV ball valves and triple-offset butterfly valves are built for main isolation points and can be paired with pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric actuators to form ESD valve packages.

TSV builds each valve to the standards required for its type and service. Design, production, and testing may follow API 6D, API 600, API 608, API 594, API 609, and API 598, while fire-safe options can meet API 607 or API 6FA and low-emission options can meet ISO 15848-1 or API 624. For sour oil and gas service, material choice and hardness control can follow NACE MR0175/ISO 15156. Offshore projects can also use materials and anti-corrosion coatings chosen for site conditions, with PED and ISO 9001 documents available for third-party review.
Based on valve torque, operating time, fail-safe position, and the air or power supply available on site, TSV can fit pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, or gas-over-oil actuators and add solenoid valves, limit switches, positioners, and partial stroke testing. This helps oil and gas systems respond faster and isolate flow more safely.
