The C95800 Bronze Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve is a high-performance industrial valve manufactured from ASTM B148 C95800 Nickel-Aluminum Bronze (also known as Nickel-Aluminum Bronze). This valve series is engineered to deliver bubble-tight shut-off, exceptional corrosion resistance, and long service life in demanding marine, offshore, and industrial applications .

The Triple Eccentric Design Advantage:

The triple eccentric (triple offset) design is what sets this valve apart from conventional butterfly valves. Three distinct offsets work together to eliminate friction between the disc and seat during operation :

Offset 1 Shaft is positioned behind the sealing surface plane Provides continuous seat path
Offset 2 Shaft is offset from the pipe/valve centerline Allows disc to disengage from seat at 90° opening
Offset 3 Seat and cone centerlines are inclined relative to pipe centerline Completely eliminates rubbing and friction
